Do you have a Welsh connection? I like it. I know a few and they are in their seventies.

padfootprongs · 02/05/2018 10:39

Lloyd sounds a little dated to me.
I think Leon James is lovely though! I do love the name Leon. And, it goes well with your surname imo.

AnyaMoondial · 02/05/2018 10:54

I like it.

rach01pink · 02/05/2018 11:01

Love Leon and Reuben

pipilangstrumpf · 02/05/2018 11:05

Lloyd James is cool! And much more interesting than James as first name imo. Great choice op.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 02/05/2018 11:19

Really like Leon James.😀

chocolateavocado99 · 02/05/2018 15:01

I know a Llyod James aged 30ish...he is lovely.

NordicNobody · 02/05/2018 15:54

I like Leon best. I love Reuben but not with your surname. TBH I don't have any strong feelings about Lloyd, it's ok but feels a bit dated as others have said.

gwen25 · 02/05/2018 17:37

I think Lloyd James is great!

SuitedandBooted · 02/05/2018 17:59

Love it!
I have a cousin Lloyd, who is the nicest man you could ever meet. I don't understand the "dated" comments - look at all the Alfies, Freds etc - surely those are old bloke names too. Names just come in and out of favour, there is no rhyme or reason to it.

I wouldn't use James as a first name as it is too common, and has been between number 2 and number 10 in the name charts for the last 20 odd years, but it makes a nice combination as a middle name.

Lloyd is ranked number 833, and only 38 baby boys had that as a first name in 2016 Wink

Lloyd is cute, and uncommon. Go for it!

pipilangstrumpf · 02/05/2018 19:20

Lloyd is a great name! Nothing dated about it imo, just a solid classic name.

dayinlifeof · 02/05/2018 19:25

I like it.

Mrsbarton · 02/05/2018 21:54

spiderlight · 03/05/2018 13:46

chezmk1988 · 03/05/2018 14:10
