Ruan, Theo or Jacob?

(Ruan pronounced Roo-an)

Finding it really difficult with boys names! Already have an Elijah.

I like them all but Jacob is my favourite from your list. It's a really nice name.

Theo by far, but it would have to be Theodore.

Love, love, love Theo would have been our choice for #2 except we know too many people who would call him Feo and I know it would irritate me

DH's half brother (who we have pretty much nothing to do with) has a son called Theo. Do you think this makes it a no-no/

Hmmm i think it's ok to use Theo if you don't really see them. Would it bother you having the same name as them?

I think Jacob is the best though. Followed by Theo.

I like Ruan in theory, but it sounds indistinct from "ruin" to me.

I'm not a fan of Theo or Jacob, though I don't mind Theo if it's short for Theodore.

This is the year of Theo, there are loads of them, I'd give it a wide berth, myself.
