Wilfred

Hi everyone, we've decided to go for Wilfred for our son but we are struggling on middle names. We originally had David but I don't think Wilfred David sounds right?

We don't really have any family names (apart from David) we would like to use.

Thanks

@plipplip DHs name is William and would prefer him to be Wilfred as wants him to have his own name (even though it's the same sort of idea) but thank you!

Good combo OP

I LOVE Wilfred! Wilfred Joseph would be my pick

Joeybee · 19/04/2018 06:32

OMG excellent choice with Wilfred. If that name didn't clash with my surname then I'd totally go with it. Wilf/Fred/Freddie are fab nicknames for it too.

I think you are right that David doesn't really flow too well with it.

Other names I think work are:

Wilfred John
Wilfred Jack
Wilfred Alan
Wilfred Benjamin

Infact if you went with two middle names you could have Wilfred ......David and that'd work.

@Joeybee thank you!!! what do you think about Wilfred John David??
