Not similar per se, but very likely to be misnamed as Milly and Emma.

I think they're OK, actually, but Emmi looks very odd and unfinished - Emmie would be better.

I don’t think too similar either, but I also they might be misheard as Milly and Emma. Nice though. I especially like Mila.

They go well together but Emmie or Emmy is a better spelling
