I think we have narrowed the long list of boys names down to Elliot or Henry with Hugo also an option But can’t decided and DS2 is due in a matter of days. However Still happy to hear any other suggestions. We already have a Felix and surname begins with an N so don’t want any names starting or ending in an N. Which do people prefer? Or none of the above. Thanks.

I prefer Elliott out of your suggestions

Dogsrbarking · 11/04/2018 15:38

Elliot

pomelo33 · 11/04/2018 15:39

I love Elliott! Also, I'm not sure Henry Hugo sounds right - too many Hs maybe?

user1498549192 · 11/04/2018 15:55

I like Henry best, followed by Elliot then Hugo.

I'll suggest:

Edward
Gabriel
Rupert
Caspar
Oscar
Dominic
Guy
Oliver
Leo
Fergus
Ralph

Henry

Henry

I'm not keen on Elliot at all, it sounds a bit wishy washy to me.

itssquidstella · 11/04/2018 18:32

I like both Henry and Hugo. Not keen on Elliott.

MadMaryBoddington · 11/04/2018 18:32

Hugo

IWouldLikeToKnow · 11/04/2018 18:58

I love Elliott, with Hugo a close second

AdaColeman · 11/04/2018 19:01

Hugo

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 11/04/2018 19:05

Henry/Henrik.

AnyaMoondial · 11/04/2018 19:11

Hugo!

I suggest Amos.

Fridasfridgefreezer · 11/04/2018 19:14

Hugo. Find the recent surge of love for Eliott surprising.

IggyAce · 11/04/2018 19:14

Hugo, I know a few Henry's under 3 and a couple of Elliott's around 6 and 7.

Scottishgirl85 · 11/04/2018 19:22

Elliott then Hugo. Henry is toooo popular. Hugo and felix go nicely together as I'd class them as same type of name. Elliott is a bit more classic.

ThenBellaDidSomethingVeryKind · 11/04/2018 20:06

Hugo

ChocolateCrunch · 11/04/2018 20:27

Hugo and Felix sound good together, also like Henry.

Crazycatlady80 · 11/04/2018 21:00

Thank you for your replies, lots of mix of opinion and some good new suggestions. I totally agree that Felix and Hugo sound good together and must admit the popularity of Henry is what is putting me off that name. We had no problem deciding on Felix, seems harder the second time around.

Felix & Hugo sound really good together.

The Felix I know has a brother called Oscar.

BunnyEars1 · 11/04/2018 21:06

Henry then Hugo.

Not keen on Elliott, I think surname.

Lobsterquadrille2 · 11/04/2018 21:33

Hugo. What about Felix and Rufus?

Elliot reminds me of E.T.

DanceDisaster · 11/04/2018 21:47

I like Hugo best m, but also like Henry. I’ve never liked Elliot tbh. I don’t really know why.

chezmk1988 · 11/04/2018 22:05

Henry

ABitOTT · 11/04/2018 22:36

Henry & Elliot are both great names. Not keen on Hugo but I shouldn't let popularity of a name bother you. My DS has a very popular name. He is now in his twenties & I still love the name as much as I did when he was born.

17caterpillars1mouse · 12/04/2018 07:16

Elliot or Henry - though Henry is very popular. I like Hugo but think you need to be a certain type of person to pull it off, then again I think the same about Felix.

I think I prefer Elliott
