OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Yes I think they work nicely.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 10/04/2018 20:07

I don't know, but I love Jemima, they don't have to match.

pinkhorse · 10/04/2018 20:08

Jemima reminds me of Jemima puddleduck!

OliviaStabler · 10/04/2018 20:12

Sounds good although to someone my age Jemima makes me think of Playschool

KirstenRaymonde · 10/04/2018 20:13

No I don’t think they go at all, completely different sort of name in my head. Faye’s sister is Melissa or Annabel

Luckingfovely · 10/04/2018 20:50

I think they're two lovely individual names, and you really shouldn't worry about them 'matching'. I don't even know what that means truly.

Am totally biased towards Jemima though - was desperate for a Jemima, but it turned out not to suit DS Grin

GreatDuckCookery6211 · 10/04/2018 21:08

Not really OP, but if you like Jemima then go for it. How old is your Faye? I've not heard of any little Faye's for years.

drth12 · 10/04/2018 21:21

mmm yeah, they probably don't really go but oh well. Faye is 3, never really come across any little Faye's which is nice:) I am the age of remembering play school and totally forgot about the Jemima doll! Love the name though so will probably still use it despite all this.... kirsten i agree Faye does go with those sort of names but my name tastes have changed since three years ago. Thankfully i still like Faye (!) but don't tend to like similar names

At the end of the day names don't really have to match, choose a name you love and use it Smile

drth12 · 10/04/2018 21:26

yes, true:)

Love, love, love Faye! Only ever known beautiful ones.

I knew one who had a sister Jolene!

Jemima I'd always shorten to Mimi. Faye and Mimi is gorgeous.

pilates · 11/04/2018 16:44

Yes

SumAndSubstance · 11/04/2018 17:01

I think it’s a bit odd when siblings have names that are from totally different camps, like James and Hercules, but otherwise I don’t think it matters whether they ‘match’. Faye and Jemima don’t clash, so it’s good!
