Polly sounds good with a longer middle name but the end and start of Polly and Elizabeth sort of makes them run into each other a bit.

Clementine is lovely! I only suggested Madeleine in case that was an agreeable compromise for you both. But I do like all three of the names you've chosen. I agree a longer name works best with Polly, so for me personally it would be between Polly Clementine and Polly Elizabeth.
