Following on from Matilda and Matthew . . .

So, our girl name had always been Georgina but last week, my wife decided she didn’t like it any more but loved Matilda. Now I’m being told that she’s gone back the other way again and Georgina is back on the table. (I have whiplash at this point!) We still like Matthew (I’d prefer a less common name but we can’t find one we like.) so now we’re looking at Georgina and Matthew for our twins. Thoughts?

Georgina is awesome. I like nn Gina/Genie too.

Matthew is also a great name.

Georgina is a great name, and more unusual than Matilda these days.

Well just to mix things up a bit, I think Georgina is a nice name but I prefer Mathilda - and to me Matthew and Mathilda is the perfect twin-set. Love it!

I really detest the name Matilda, it's rather harsh and unattractive imo.
Nickname for Matilda would be 'Mat'? With brother Matthew aka 'Matt' I'd avoid pairing them together.
