Frankie. Lily feels very commonplace (though it is pretty). Frances Lily or Francesca Lily is a great name.

Francesca is a great name. Definitely go for that. I like Chessie a bit better than Frankie, but it gives you options.

I really like Francesca, though I'm not keen on Frankie at all. Franca is better to me - that's an Italian diminutive. Lily's fine too.

Frankie by a mile. Half the babies in my area seem to be called Lily.. It's a bit too twee for me but I see why people like it.
