Theo is really common ATM. Rowan or Gabriel are nice named, though both have very close, feminine counterparts.

I have a boy Rowan so I'm biased with that name but if dd3 had been a boy then she would have been Gabriel. Both names go nice with Scarlett but I think Gabriel goes slightly better.
