i quite like this name for a boy, but when i think about it the last 2 Caseys i’ve met have been female.

What do people think? is it unisex or?

I only know of one, and she was female. If I saw it written down without context i’d think it was a girl/woman, but I don’t think it’s so feminine that i’d be shocked to find out it was a name for a boy/man, if you see what I mean.

I’d think Casey = male. The first I would think is Casey Afleck... although probably not a great first association with his current allegations 😬

Yes I'd think girl if I didn't know otherwise. Mind you, now I'm thinking about it, I actually rather like it for a boy.

Snap, PissedOff - first thought Casey Jones! Because of him I'd assume a male, but in RL I have only come across it as surname.

I would think Casey is a boy. It makes think of a 90s surfer.

I would think Kacey is a girl.

I think of it as a boy's name (Casey Jones and Casey Affleck) but it is becoming more used for girls. I like it but probably wouldn't use it for a boy for that reason.

I would assume boy, but I used to go to school with a male Casey.

I would assume he was American.

I thought boys name straight away. I like it, my Ds is Cody.
