Can anyone think of a long version of Theo other than Theodore?

Presumably for a boy?

I met a Theo who was Theodoric. It was in tribute to his late grandfather who had been a Derek, but perhaps understandably they didn't want to call a small baby Derek! My own Theo is just Theo. Does he need to have a long version?
