Polly Elizabeth Black is gorgeous.
However Polly Black is too harsh.
I'd personally hypenate it Polly-Elizabeth

I know the most beautiful woman named Polly and have known her since she was very young. It suits her so wonderfully. I love the name and love Elizabeth too!

Lovely! And I definitely wouldn't hyphenate. Polly Black sounds fine to me.

Love it. This is my baby girl name choice. Don't worry too much about what others think though, you will get lovers and haters with strangers as well as people you know

Even if it were short for Penelope with sur name black, ie ''Penny Black'' is that not very memorable, but not embarrassing? It's not exactly Ben Dover or Annette Curtin!
