Daisy is fine on a little girl but too cutesy on an adult. Iris is more sophisticated and less common where I am.

Iris - beautiful name.
Daisy is nice for a child but I don't think it works as well for an adult.

I know two dogs and a cat named Daisy and I bet it’s a really common pet name if I can think of three in my close family/friends alone

Depends whether you'd prefer a sweet name, in which case I'd choose Daisy - or a sophisticated one, in which case I'd go for Iris.

Iris, agree with other posters that Daisy doesn’t seem to fit an adult as well as Iris

I really think both are lovely but Iris for me, the flower is my favourite so I'm a little biased ☺️
