We adore the name Sonny if baby number 3 is a boy..
Our surname is Hutchinson-does it sound ok?

I think that's a lovely name and works.

I'm actually not keen. Sonny just isn't a proper real name to me. It's like saying to the child you're not worthy of a real name, you're just a son of mum and dad - especially as it's DC 3 - like you couldn't be bothered or used all your names on the first two DC. Also, if I heard it said, I could assume it was Sunny.

Not sure about Sonny, but Beau is fab.

Love it

Sonny Hutchinson sounds great!

You never use middle names so use whatever you like.

Sonny is a great name.. My friend just names her son Sonny and I used to have a friend name Sunny (girl)! It's definitely a proper name..

I think it sounds absolutely fine with your surname! Also love Beau Smile

Isn't sonny just a nickname for "son", kind of like "kiddo" or "junior"? Not keen for that reason, and can't really picture a 50 year old Sonny.

Beau isn't terrible, although it's a bit cutesy too. If I had to name a boy Sonny, I would choose a more grown up middle name so he had something to fall back on if he didn't feel like being a Sonny all his life.

Thanks all..just wasn't sure if there were too many 'son's'
We love it though so it's staying ☺️
