DP is Lithuanian, I'm from Uk. Trying to think of suitable Lithuanian girls and boys names in prep. Any ideas? Something short is ideal.

Thanks

Can't have anything Russian or polish associated. He would a proper Lithuanian name... is like something everybody can pronounce and doesn't sound harsh

Rima for a girl, I know a Roma from Lithuania and she's lovely which makes me like the name more

midsomermurderess · 16/02/2018 20:53

For a girl, IndrÄ—, Gintare, Sigita, Sarune.

NellWilsonsWhiteHair · 16/02/2018 21:12

I used to work with an Asta, which I have always thought a really beautiful name and considered quite seriously for both my children (no Lithuanian heritage here).

Mrsknackered · 16/02/2018 22:02

I know a woman called GintarÄ—, nickname Ginny. I like it, not sure if it's dated though.

Mrsknackered · 16/02/2018 22:02

PP suggested IndrÄ— that's really lovely.

FogCutter · 16/02/2018 22:06

Lina or Lukas
