Need some help to think of a middle name to go with Charlotte (not Anne of Grace), she has a sister Amelia Rose! Thank you 😊

Lily
Ruby
Pearl

Daisy
Sarah

Daisy is particularly nice as sibling is also a flower middle name.

How many syllables in the surname? The rhythm of the whole name makes a difference to me e.g. if it's a one-syllable surname I think either one or three syllables works for the middle name, but two works with a two-syllable surname.

e.g. Charlotte Elizabeth Smith but Charlotte Sophie Davis.

Charlotte May?
Depends on your surname and if you will use both first names together?
Why not Grace out of interest?

snop · 08/02/2018 22:17

The first name I thought of was Charlotte may too

lottiegarbanzo · 08/02/2018 22:23

Oh, four sylls in Elizabeth! Anyway...

Charlotte Isabel Smith
Charlotte Lillah Smith
Charlotte Margaret Smith

Charlotte Marguerite Davis (gives you Daisy for short, if you like)

lottiegarbanzo · 08/02/2018 22:25

Charlotte Dahlia Davis

GetsPostByOwl · 08/02/2018 22:28

Olivia.
But I'm biased because that's what I have.

iluvsummer · 08/02/2018 22:28

Hey thanks for your ideas so far, surname has 2 syllables and starts with a C!

Charlotte Evelyn
Charlotte Beatrice

Blossom
Ivy

lottiegarbanzo · 08/02/2018 22:32

Ok, well you may want a consonant then. Probably not CAC or COC.

strawberrypenguin · 08/02/2018 22:33

Of you want to keep a botanical theme for middle names you could have
Daisy
Honey
Hebe
Flora
Willow

Or I like Beatrice or Sophie to go with Charlotte

Annabelle4 · 08/02/2018 22:34

Charlotte Marie
Charlotte Anne
Charlotte Olivia
Charlotte Rebecca
Charlotte Elizabeth
Charlotte Victoria
Charlotte Helena

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 08/02/2018 22:34

Charlotte Joanna
Charlotte Matilda
Charlotte Hazel
Charlotte Ruth

Lotsalotsagiggles · 08/02/2018 22:35

Charlotte Rose was going to be one of my girls names but we are having a boy this time

BigMamaFratelli · 08/02/2018 22:38

Depends on your surname, but Louise goes with everything
But Astrid, Lobelia, Grace or Morwenna would be my choices x

lottiegarbanzo · 08/02/2018 22:39

Sylvia
Phyllida
Cicely

ChocolateCrunch · 08/02/2018 22:40

Charlotte Jemima
Charlotte Sophia
Charlotte Eliza
Charlotte Matilda

lottiegarbanzo · 08/02/2018 22:42

Bryony

(I think I'm leaning towards three syllables, to balance the 2 - 2 with something that flows).

Snape · 08/02/2018 22:43

My DD is called Charlotte Noa, but I like Daisy or May too

woodlanddreamer · 08/02/2018 22:45

Amy?

alwaysonadiet1 · 08/02/2018 22:46

Another vote for May!

EmpireVille · 08/02/2018 22:46

Joy

Amelia Rose
Charlotte Joy (CJ is also cute)
