Personally I don't think middle names have to flow with first and last names given how rarely they're all said together (after the announcements). The main thing to avoid is the initials sounding weird together.

Do you have a meaningful family name that could work as a middle name?

For example, my grandmother's name was Gwendoline. I wish my parents would have used that as my middle name instead of the big standard middle name of the era (the equivalent of today's 'May').
