Name for baby number 4

We're 34 weeks along with baby number 4 (we don't know the sex yet) and still have absolutely no ideas for names. Our older 3 are Clara Genevieve, Finlay Edward and Henry Theodore. I really like Felix or Sebastien (probably shortened to Bastien) DH likes Robin or Christopher but I don't really like the short version "Chris", also my brother is Christian so I think it would be too close. We haven't got any good girls names yet either

I like Sebastian and Robin. Thomas, Edward, Frederick, Alfred, David, Alexander, Louis?

Louisa, Alice, Charlotte, Josephine, Marina, Rebecca, Ramona, Eleanor, Evelyn, Margot, Victoria, Jane, Iona, Florence, Beatrix. I probably wouldn't use a name that ends in y / ie.

From your list, Felix and Robin

How about Leo, Rupert, Jasper, William or Violet, Edith, Eliza, Mabel

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 04/01/2018 21:36

It'd be nice to see Christopher come back, but avoid if you don't like Chris because he might.
Robin is a bit feminine which is probably a cf thing to say as it was used for boys long before it was used for girls.
Felix is quite nice. I'd go with that.

Suggestions for girls.
Eliza. Maria. Sofia. Elena. Louisa. Rosa. Amber. Emilia. Teresa. Alexia. Laura. Fiona.
Freya. Nina. Lilıa.

First of all, I love your children's names. They're right up my street!

I like Sebastian and Robin. Sebastian is my younger cousin's name and we call him Seb or Sebby. Robin makes me think of Robin Williams, which is why I like it. It could be shortened to Rob or Robbie if you weren't keen on Robin. Also, Christopher could shortened to Kit as another nickname option.

For girls, how about:

Phoebe
Matilda
Eliza
Lily
Lucy
Ruby
Audrey
Luna
Lydia
Esther
Evelyn
Imogen
Violet
Eva
Ida
Ivy
Grace
Rosa
Molly
Holly
Jade
Jessica

I love Sebastian. Robin is a bit wet for either gender.

Thanks so much with all the help! DH is coming round to Sebastian so that's probably number one right now, still looking for a middle name though Confused. For a girl we like Charlotte, Elizabeth or Florence. I really want to use Elisabetta (Betta for short) because I spent a long time living in Italy and this'll probably be our last baby but I don't think it really goes with our other children's names. Might use it as a middle name HmmGrin

Elisabetta is one of my favourite names :) Florence is lovely.
You might also like Carlotta and Flora.

anonimouse13 · 06/01/2018 09:53

horatio I love Elisabetta! Love Carlotta and Flora too but I couldn't use Flora as it's my cousin's dog's name Grin

Whatever rolls off the tongue after saying the other 3 names first in error? —was that just my parents—

Randomlywondering · 06/01/2018 09:58

If my Charlotte had been a boy she'd have been Christopher nn Kit.
