Due number 5 very soon. If were having a boy I'm thinking Nathan views?

I like Nathan :) (as well as Nathanael, Nathaniel and Nate)

disappearingninepatch · 03/01/2018 21:02

DS2 is Nathan. I love it but have seen it called 'council estate' on here.

Busybeesbutt · 03/01/2018 21:03

Really? I dont think Nathan is council estate at all. We have a long surname so well stick with Nathan rather than Nathaniel

I also have a Nathan, still really love his name, a great choice. Classic, Old Testament name.

Emmastone123 · 03/01/2018 21:11

Love Nathan. I wanted it but it's a close relatives name so wouldn't work.

shsh3r · 03/01/2018 21:18

I love NATE

Busybeesbutt · 03/01/2018 21:19

We like Nate too x

Na, Mason and Morgan = Common (not in the popular sense)
Nathan is a bit Meh to me but no way council estate!

If you like it, ho for it

pilates · 03/01/2018 21:56

Very nice

Busybeesbutt · 03/01/2018 22:28

Is Nathan popular these days?

Lovely name. Nathan and Nate

GoingRogue · 03/01/2018 22:32

Love it. Would have used it for one of my two boys but a family member already has it.

Seekingmiracles · 03/01/2018 22:32

To me Nathan is a bit 'rough' and harsh. I like Nathanial or Nate though.

TabbyCat864 · 03/01/2018 23:06

Nathan is very 90s. They aren't many little Nathans in my area.

It's nice. It's in the same category as Elliot IMO and I like Elliot more.

elQuintoConyo · 03/01/2018 23:11

Nathan Fillion - fabulous!
I also used to know a Nathan Hugg!

Lovely name, due a comeback.

Lindy2 · 03/01/2018 23:12

One of my favourite boys names.

ineedamoreadultieradult · 03/01/2018 23:16

DS2 is Nathan, it doesn't get shortened to Nate he is just Nathan. I like it obviously and never had any negative comments.

lornathewizzard · 03/01/2018 23:24

We have a Nathan too (17mo). He gets Nate (or Natey!) too. Or his sister calls him Nath. I love it. Met a Nathaniel of a similar age but not another Nathan

Lostmyemailaddress · 03/01/2018 23:30

Ds2 is a Nathan I like it and it suits him. The only thing I have found though is people ask if it's short for Nathaniel.

Pannacott · 04/01/2018 00:10

Good old reliable Nathan Detroit!

Love Nate too.

DramaAlpaca · 04/01/2018 02:03

Very nice. I have a slight preference for Nathaniel but like Nathan too.

HuskyMcClusky · 04/01/2018 03:31

Noooooo. Super ‘80s/‘90s. In the same category as Travis or Ryan.

GingerbreadMa · 04/01/2018 04:18

Nooooo people who have watched Chris Lily will just want to shout "NATHAN! NATHAN!"

GingerbreadMa · 04/01/2018 05:50
ineedamoreadultieradult · 04/01/2018 09:43

Gingerbreadma I have a Nathan and an older YouTube obsessed DS and the 'oi Nathan' thing has literally never been an issue.
