Help with first name. Middle name decided

We have decided on the middle name Lara. In memory of my friend who passed.

Lara is a beautiful name and it's a very touching tribute to your friend . Personally, I would avoid names ending with 'a' or containing 'l', just to give a better flow to the name.

Personally I think I like it best with non a ending names.

It’s my favourite girls’ name! I like previous suggestions of Amelie, Abigail and Bethany (and although it was a joke I like Bryony!!). I think 4 syllables works well before Lara, so maybe Romilly, Emily, Annelise, Verity and Clemency in addition to the others.

Duh-before anyone thinks I’m really thick, I hit a 4 instead of a 3 when posting!! Have fun choosing your name Laura (my dd is Lara).

Agree about the 3 syllables and think Bethany Lara is perfect. Also quite taken with Anna Lara as above though!
