The Alexandra thread has made me wonder what their latest baby may be called.

Girl:
Anne/Anna
Eleanor
(Can't have Georgina Grin)
Mary
Clara

Boy:
(Not Charles because of Charlotte)
Arthur
They already have a young relative called James.
Peter
Albert
Edward
Michael (although that"s grandad's name)

Henry

KhalliWali · 09/12/2017 03:19

Alice.

All of the people I know with a pigeon pair who then had a third, the sex of the third was the same as the second. Has anyone else noticed that amongst people that they know?

Longdistance · 09/12/2017 03:25

Gosh, all the previous names mentioned are dds names, and my name. We laugh at my dhs name as (I don’t think it suits him) it doesn’t tie in with ours. Think gerbils...

Popskipiekin · 09/12/2017 03:51

Saw thread title and initially thought this was the 3rd thread in a long-running discussion about the next royal baby’s name... glad to see I misread Xmas Grin
Khalli I only know people with BGB, in fact the more I think about it that’s the only combination I know! Funny. Maybe it’s the water.
To initial discussion point: Victoria or Albert Xmas Wink

Philip.

Whoyagonna · 09/12/2017 04:28

What was the queen's mother's name?

Whoyagonna · 09/12/2017 04:29

It won't be Henry because Harry is Henry.

toffee1000 · 09/12/2017 04:35

Queen mother was Elizabeth too, that’s why she was known as Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother.

I don’t know if they’d go with Alexandra, one of George’s middle names is Alexander. Mary may be part of the name of a girl, the current Queen is Elizabeth Alexandra Mary. They could also include Margaret or Rose after the Queen’s sister. Alice would be a good option (one of Anne’s names).
Not so sure about boy names.

KhalliWali · 09/12/2017 05:19

Isn’t that strange Pops? I don’t know any BGB or GBG families. I just assumed there was some biological basis.

Sophronia · 09/12/2017 06:28

Alice or Arthur

Sophronia · 09/12/2017 06:29

I don’t think they would use Albert due to the “Prince Albert” thing Grin

Navegante · 09/12/2017 07:52

Cecilia, Violet and Claude are family names via Queen Mother (so not royal names). Prince Claude would be cool.

aurorie11 · 09/12/2017 07:57

The Queen had BGB, Charles, Anne, Andrew

NapQueen · 09/12/2017 08:01

Alice, Margaret, Victoria in some order. Possibly with Caroline in there for Mama Middleton.

Thomas, Henry, James in some order.

ClashCityRocker · 09/12/2017 08:24

Do you ever think Kate reads the baby name threads on here and thinks 'sigh, I'd love to have a little Atticus/Ptolemy/River but im stuck with these boring traditional names....'

holidayqueriwifi · 09/12/2017 09:50

Shock
Awwlookatmybabyspider · 09/12/2017 12:42

"The Queen had BGB. Charles,Anne,Andrew."
What about Edward.

Thesecondtoast · 09/12/2017 12:42

I have bgb.

OublietteBravo · 09/12/2017 12:58

I wondered if they might go for John. Otherwise Frederick, Leopold and Rupert haven't been used in a while.

For a girl I'd guess Mary or Jane if they want something simple (perhaps Adelaide or Margaret if they want something longer).

TracyBeakerSoYeah · 09/12/2017 13:59
