Just that really! Maisie Eliza Rose or Maisie Rose Eliza?

Maisie Eliza Rose. Definitely!

(Pretty name btw)

Pemba · 30/11/2017 16:23

Nope, Maisie Rose Eliza. Otherwise the 'ee' sound at the end of Maisie and the 'eh' sound at the beginning of Eliza kind of bump into each other. and the two names kind of merge. Say it out loud. Whereas putting Rose in the middle separates it out nicely. Nice names!

JollyGiraffe · 30/11/2017 16:28

I personally think the Rose Eliza makes it sound like one word. Like Rosaliza.

I prefer the flow of Maisie Eliza.

MrsMoastyToasty · 30/11/2017 16:28

Maisie Eliza Rose, unless your surname begins with a "C", otherwise the initials would spell MERC.

AmysTiara · 30/11/2017 16:33

Maisie Eliza Rose.

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 30/11/2017 16:34

Maisie Eliza Rose

Pemba · 30/11/2017 16:37

You say that, but I think the first version could sound like Maizeliza Rose,
and that's more likely than Rosaliza. Whereas the second one is Maisie Rose (stop) Eliza. I guess it's all a bit academic really. The OP should say each version aloud over and over and decide from that.

Maisie Eliza Rose

I think I prefer Eliza Rose but I really can't make my mind up because DD1 gets called by her first 2 names and I prefer Maisie Rose to Maisie Eliza.

Maisie Eliza Rose is my choice. Wink

hungryradish · 30/11/2017 17:57

Maisie Eliza Rose!

SuperBeagle · 30/11/2017 19:28

Maisie Eliza Rose is definitely the better of the two.

Pemba · 30/11/2017 20:42

Eliza Rose is lovely, true. Maisie Rose is also lovely. But Maisie Eliza Rose doesn't flow.

Fozzleyplum · 30/11/2017 20:49

In truth, I'm not sure either flow particularly well. Maisie Rose Eliza sounds marginally better I think. If your surname begins with D, you risk getting MERD, which is not great if she ends up living in France...

bespawler · 01/12/2017 12:22

Thanks everyone! I think I'm going for Eliza Rose.

I agree with Pemba, Maisie Rose Eliza

strawberrypenguin · 01/12/2017 12:44

Maisie Eliza Rose flows better to me

ThatEscalatedQuickly · 01/12/2017 12:51

Definitely Eliza Rose, Rose Elisa just doesn't sound right.

MammieBear · 01/12/2017 13:20

Eliza Rose Lovely!

HuskyMcClusky · 01/12/2017 13:24

Maisie Eliza Rose

starkid · 01/12/2017 15:11

Maisie Eliza Rose!

Pemba · 01/12/2017 18:04

Or drop the Maisie, as Eliza Rose is lovely by itself.
