I think Zara sounds best with Katherine

The middle name is irrelevant really. Much more important is how it sounds with her surname - a combination which she might use in public every day for the next 90 years.

Don't like Evelyn at all. Erin is OKish.

I like Erin the most. Zara is a bit spiky as a name, but also more unusual which is in its favour. Evelyn is quite overused now.

General consensus is Zara then

Middle name is important to us so we would really like to use it.

As Erin is contained within Katherine I don't think it sounds right.
My choice would be Zara out of those.

Zara Katherine or Zara Katharine are beautiful names. I prefer the latter as Zara Katharine looks better/neater/flows written down if you what I mean.

Erin is part of KathERINe. Too samey same sounding.

Zara Katherine is the nicest of the three.
