Baby is due in February and we know we're having a girl.

DH hates every name going! The only name he currently will tolerate is Rosie.

Now I don't mind Rosie. I just feel like we need to consider a few more!!

Any suggestions of anything else he might like?

In case it helps, DS has a very "old man" name that has been slowly becoming more popular.

Is something like Rosanna/Roseanne/Rosamund/arosalyn/a Rosalinda better for you with Rosie as the diminutive? If not:-

RUBY
Poppy
Lucy
Lydia

AnyaMoondial · 27/11/2017 19:37

DH was also obsessed with Rosie when we were having DD. He also liked Daisy Molly and Harriet nn Hattie.

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 27/11/2017 19:42

Lily
Sadie
Marnie
Dulcie
Daisy
Maisie

But Rosie is nice.

Smoliver · 27/11/2017 19:42

I like Rosie. Maybe you could use a longer name Rosalie or Rosanna so you can use Rosie as a nickname?

Other suggestions-
Ruby
Ruth
Poppy
Lucy
Lily
Rebecca
Hazel
Daisy
Ivy

I love Rosalind, if I had my time again I'd use that. Other names I like are Helena, Erica, Joanie

bridgetreilly · 27/11/2017 23:07

Agreed on Rosalind.

You could also try:
Lily
Holly
Poppy
Elly
Susie
Maisie
Daisy

Rosie is my favourite girl's name although I didn't have any girls to use it on; I would have gone for Rose, Rosamund or Rosalind for best though.

Other names I like (operating under the assumption that if your DH likes Rosie maybe he has the same taste as me!) are: Sophie, Sara, Annie, Anna, Anya, Emily, Lydia.

ladybirdsaredotty · 27/11/2017 23:39

Or Rosa with Rosie as a NN?

manicinsomniac · 27/11/2017 23:49

I know a Rosie with a sister called Izzy (they're really Rose and Isabel but never referred to as such).

Or, how about:
Romy, Riley, Ruby, Rosa, Robyn, Rivkah, Reeva, Rachel
Annie, Amy, Bonnie, Betsy, Chloe, Casey, Cassie, Callie, Darcey, Daisy, Demi, Ellie, Evie, Emmy, Elsie, Edie, Esme, Georgie, Hollie, Hebe, Hadley, Halle, Ivy, Josie, Jodie, Jessie, Katie, Kiki, Keltie, Lily, Lucy, Libby, Lottie, Maddie, Maisy, Poppy, Polly, Posy, Susie, Sally, Tansy, Tilly, Zoe

Well out of all of these suggestions, he "doesn't mind" Anna or Ruby! Progress!
