How would you pronounce Elian? TIA

I don't know the name so when I first saw it I would pronounce it El Ee Ann.

Not heard of it, would go for Elly-Ann.

I knew one once. It was pronounced like the names Elle and Ian said one after the other (like the "alien but starting with an E" description given above).
