Elizabeth Louise - I love the nickname Libby, and other nicknames you can have with this name.

Thomas - you can always give him the nn Tommy.

Elena or Elizabeth. I know a couple of Elenas and I think it's a lovely name. I don't like Georgia at all. Thomas as a boy's name. I'm not keen on George.
