Middle name for Javier

So we’re definitely set on Javier or Santiago as the first name (DH is Spanish and DS1 is named Miguel David). We’d like to find a middle name that is either Scottish/Welsh/English or German in origin (just like DS1) that fits with Javier or Santiago but we’re having a tough time getting one that flows nicely.

Thomas
Arthur
Joseph
William

Preferences? Other suggestions?

Javier Joseph, would be my choice.

Javier Hugh?

The twins different pronunciations of J grates in me for Javier James/Joseph. Javier Hugh sounds much better to my ears.

Javier Joseph or PP suggestion of James is nice.

Other suggestions would be Javier Alexander

Thanks for all the suggestions and opinions. I agree that a middle name starting with J is just too much on the ear. Alexander is a great option that I hadn’t even thought of!
