I like Georgie and Alex. Em is a bit nothingy, just a filler sound.

Not keen on Emilia (too easily confused with Amelia, feel like she'd always be correcting people). But I quite like Em - maybe as a short name for Emma?

Thanks for all the suggestions. I agree that Emilia can easily get mixed up with Amelia which can be really confusing at times. Thanks for all the suggestions I actually love the nn Mimi for Emilia but Em makes the spelling of Amelia more obvious iyswim. Georgina and Alexandra both stem from predominantly male names but I love the nns for these two and feel they're very strong and classic at the same time. Emilia has much more of an artsy, feminine feel which I also love though.
