Stella, kitty has connotations to kitty genovese

PointlessUsername · 15/09/2017 23:24

Kitty.

SuperBeagle · 15/09/2017 23:40

Stella.

I wouldn't like to be called Kitty.

MrsBungle · 15/09/2017 23:41

Stella.

Liadain · 15/09/2017 23:46

Stella. As a pp said I wouldn't want to be called Kitty. If it was Caitriona, Catherine, Caitlyn etc I'd like it more than Stella. Could even work with Catalina or Christina or something.

Sophronia · 16/09/2017 00:00

Kitty

sourpatchkid · 16/09/2017 08:42

Not kitty, others kids will tease her "here kitty kitty, good cat" sorry because I actually think it's lovely

PhuntSox · 16/09/2017 08:46

Estella or Katherine nn Kit.

Crumb502 · 16/09/2017 08:53

Kitty was on my list for DD... after I delivered her a midwife came in wearing a Hello Kitty lanyard and husband immediately struck Kitty off the list :-(

Still love the name. Damn that lanyard!!

Theyhaveallbeenused2 · 16/09/2017 08:57

As cute as kitty is, Stella sounds better as a professional adult.

BertrandRussell · 16/09/2017 09:03

Stella then.

You are naming an adult woman, who may not thank you for a "cute" name.
