Which do you like more? If you don't like either (equally) then please don't comment... We are struggling to pick between these 2, so no point in putting us off!

Thanks Smile

I prefer Charlie but there are lots and lots of them. Depends if you want something more unusual.

AnnieAnoniMouse · 07/09/2017 13:52

Charlie

Unless it's a small dog with lots of hair & a friend called Zebedee

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 07/09/2017 13:57

Charlie

But I quite like Dylan

daisypond · 07/09/2017 14:02

Dylan. I don't like Charlie at all - "You look a right Charlie" is not a compliment.

ProseccoMamam · 07/09/2017 14:30

I can imagine a Charlie visiting his friend who is also called Charlie who has a family pet called Charlie who once accidentally ate a fish called Charlie. Too many Charlie's. Go for Dylan it's less overusedGrin

I know 7 Charlie's. 5 of them were humans.

LarkDescending · 07/09/2017 15:30

I strongly prefer Charlie. I know a lovely young Dylan but it hasn't made me like the name any better! (Probably due to Magic Roundabout associations which pp alluded to).

Chestervase1 · 07/09/2017 15:31

Charlie always Charlie

WishingCarrot · 07/09/2017 15:38

Charlie.

I really don't like Dylan

Tilapia · 07/09/2017 15:43

Charles / Charlie is probably the most popular name out of all the boys I know, so I'd go for Dylan.

Gladys123 · 07/09/2017 15:53

Dylan definitely. But I'm a massive fan of Bib so that may colour my view slightly 😁 also Charlie is boring.

Gladys123 · 07/09/2017 15:53

BOB! a massive fan of Bob ffs!

JuicyCake · 07/09/2017 15:55

Dylan. Charlie is in the Alfie / Oliver category for me... Too many if them!

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 07/09/2017 16:01

Dylan for sure.

ladybirdsaredotty · 07/09/2017 16:06

Charlie is on our list but I worry about popularity a bit. Love it, though.

MaidenMotherCrone · 07/09/2017 16:48

Dylan, I have one aged 21 and I have a great nephew aged 10 with the same name.

With its origin in Welsh legend I think it's a lovely, strong name, we are Welsh btw.

BlueberryPuffin · 07/09/2017 17:19

Dylan 100%

Sophronia · 07/09/2017 18:16

Charlie

ChocolateCrunch · 07/09/2017 19:32

Charlie

Ontopofthesunset · 07/09/2017 19:35

Charlie.

Interestingly (or not) I'm sure I remember in the Magic Roundabout era the name 'Dylan' being used as a synonym for doofus, rather like 'he's a right Charlie' - 'he's a complete Dylan'. Does anyone else remember this or was it regional or just my family?

fortunacookie · 07/09/2017 19:42

Aw both my boys names Grin

17caterpillars1mouse · 07/09/2017 19:43

Dillon

17caterpillars1mouse · 07/09/2017 19:43

GertrudeBelle · 07/09/2017 19:44

Charlie. Nothing cuter on a cheeky little boy.

frenchlife19 · 07/09/2017 19:45

early30smum · 07/09/2017 20:05
