Middle name for Summer

Can't think of a middle name that i like that doesnt sound like a thing or too naturey eg Summer Rose. I do like Summer Rae but is this also too naturey? A short middle name would flow best with last name and would like something a bit stronger to balance with middle name! Any suggestions appreciated please :)

Don't like Summer Rae at all. It sounds like a description.

Summer Grace or Summer Kate would be my picks if you want a short middle name.

Summer Autumn, sorry someone had to say it and I am sleep deprived enough to do it

DuggeeHugs · 26/08/2017 06:46

Summer Grace and Summer Kate from PP both lovely!

Would also suggest Summer Esme

Sorry cross posted with Twist. Are you sure you want to use Summer? It is pretty but judging by this thread it might cause problems when they hit school. Maybe children are kinder than mumsnetters Grin

Grace
May

DiscoDiva70 · 26/08/2017 07:03

Sorry but why the need for some of you posters to mock this name? and the Op's choice?

It may not be to your liking but its nasty to take the piss.

Op I like it, and I also think Summer Kate or Grace is lovely.

MrsEricBana · 26/08/2017 07:13

It's fairest to be honest and I agree not necessarily an ideal name but based on all of the above Summer Kate for me too.

RosieTheRiveting · 26/08/2017 07:13

I like Willow.

I should really RTFT

RhubardGin · 26/08/2017 07:18

I like Summer, I think it's sweet.

Summer Grace would be my pick!

jemsywemsy · 26/08/2017 07:20

It doesn't have to be one syllable as long as the middle name doesn't have an "a" or "er" sound ending - Summer Charlotte or Summer Catherine sound nice IMO for example. And no bloody need to mock the first name as PPs have done when that's NOT what the OP was asking about!

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 26/08/2017 07:21

I like Summer too !
Summer Jo
Summer Elise
Summer Anais
Summer Lois
Summer Leanne

JonSnowsWhore · 26/08/2017 07:36

A previous poster was right, school children are most definitely kinder than MNers...

There are people on here who have actually used this name for our children you know
