Nina, Nerina or Dorothy?

Can't decide between these three names. Which is your pick?

Middle names; Paige, Faye or Eden.

Love Nina. Like Dorothy. Nerina I just find odd.

Dorothy...I blame Dot Cotton for this name not being more popular.

Lotus For me, Dorothy is The Wizard of Oz which I can't stand, or the green dinosaur from The Wiggles.

Dorothy is awful imo.

I like Nina. I think all the middle names sound fine.
Nerina is fine, but would lean towards Nina myself.

I like all of them but Nerina is the one I like least.
Nina is great so that would be the one I'd choose.
I like Dorothy shortened to Dot.

Prefer all the middle names to the other three
