Are the initials LGBQ too similar to the now updated acronym LGBTQ?

Would you think anything of the initials LGBQ? Is LBGQ any better?

When do you ever use all of your initials though? My DD's spell an animal sound. I don't think I've ever seen them written down and she's 7.
