Hello,
In the next couple of weeks my twin girls will be born. We've decided on Charlotte for one of them bit aren't getting anywhere with her sister.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I feel like I've been through every baby name list on the internet.
Thank you!

Elisabeth and Alexandra are my favourites as the same Edwardian feel and same number of letters as Charlotte although they do have an extra syllable - if me I'd have to give charlotte an extra syllable in her middle name! Cousins/ family names are cool. Think charlotte/Emily a bit bronte twee....

Another vote for Elizabeth - I like names which the child can grow in to and personalise as their personality develops (Charlie / Lottie / Lizzie / Beth etc)

Emily. For sure. They go together so well 😍

Three of the six Charlottes I know have sisters called Megan.

So for me, Charlotte & Megan match perfectly Grin.

In one family they are known as Lottie & Meg.

Charlotte & Aubrey

In the UK Aubrey is a male name.

What a lovely dilemma to have!

Charlotte and Georgina (Lottie & Nina)
Charlotte and Alexandra (Lottie & Sasha)
Charlotte & Elizabeth (Lottie & Beth)
Charlotte & Rosanna (Lottie & Rose)
Charlotte & Katharine (Lottie & Kate)
Charlotte & Annabelle (Lottie & Anna)

The cousin thing really doesn't matter as, in most instance, it will be obvious from the context e.g. "Charlotte has started crawling" "Charlotte is off to Thailand for a month"
