Absolutely love Alice, I'm pregnant with a boy & he would have been an Alice it's classic & pretty ... if you like floral names what about Rosie, lily or poppy or as Florence is very classical but a bit different maybe penelope, felicity, Emmeline or ottilie or fluer ... boys names maybe rupert or jasper, love Felix too & Freddie if you do teddy I'd go with Edward x

Spanz10 · 20/07/2025 08:04

Beatrice and Matilda are on my list. So good to hear other people suggesting them.

Purplebunnie · 22/07/2025 17:59

Joseph and Josephine - if shortened to Jo/e then you will have Flo Jo the runner but as long as you are okay with that, it could be quite cute.

For some really unfathomable reason I keep thinking of Flossy and Topsy. I need to go and have a lie down I think
.

LivingTheDreamish · 22/07/2025 21:00

Florence and Abigail

miniaturepixieonacid · 23/07/2025 03:39

I love Felix and Ivy. No need to look further, in my opinion.

But, if you want others and you feel many of the obvious candidates are taken then maybe something with a classic feel but unusual:

Ariadne, Aurelia, Araminta, Alanis, Alessandra, Belinda, Bronte, Cassandra, Calliope, Clarissa, Calista, Cordelia, Camilla, Carolina, Catriona, Danica, Davina, Diana, Evadne, Elisaveta, Elspeth, Fenella, Genevieve, Giselle, Henrietta, Honor, Isadora, Inez, Jacinta, Judith, Jocelyn, Katherine, Lorelei, Larissa, Leticia, Lavinia, Liliana, Miranda, Meredith, Melissa, Natasha, Natalie, Naomi, Octavia, Ophelia, Philippa, Persephone, Pandora, Paloma, Rhiannon, Rosemary, Rowena, Samaris, Susannah, Saskia, Tamara, Talitha, Vanessa, Vivianne

Alistair, Adrian, Benedict, Caspian, Christian, Cyrus, Dominic, Elliot, Edmund, Fergus, Jeremy, Jeremiah, Jesse, Kester, Leonard, Michael, Noel, Orson, Patrick, Ptolemy, Peter, Quentin, Richard, Robert, Rupert, Ralph, Solomon, Simon, Timothy, Titus, Victor, Vincent, Walter

LauraFaye88 · 23/07/2025 12:56

Eloise
Rupert

LoudPlumDog · 23/07/2025 14:31

I would go for another vintage/ classic name.

Florence and Eliza
Florence and Alice
Florence and Lucille
Florence and Josephine
Florence and Harriet
Florence and Isobel
Florence and Olive
Florence and Louisa
Florence and Genevieve

Florence and Edward
Florence and Peter
Florence and Robert
Florence and Archibald
Florence and Victor
Florence and Ernest
Florence and George

Limonades · 23/07/2025 15:08

Iris & Quentin are my favourite combos with Florence

Damnbrsatz · 23/07/2025 18:20

My Grandmother was Florence. She was the oldest. Her siblings were:
Edith
Enid
Eleanor
Elsie
Eric and
Eddie.
Notice a theme? No idea why they started on the E names after a Florence.

Spanz10 · 23/07/2025 19:31

Love the fact Florence was the only one with an F at the start 🤣
