I either like but don't love, or can't use the following. Can you suggest something similar?

Roselyn/ Ros
Judith/ Jude
Susannah/ Sue
Anna
Megan/ Meg
Olivia
Jan
Rose

I really like one syllable names, names that can work in various countries, and names which are not too fussy. I am up for using a name which is unpopular now but is well known. I prefer timeless to fashionable.

Any help appreciated! Thanks

I like Jean but spelt Jeanne. It's a family name for us. If you want short names how about Eve or Eva? They're international and timeless but a bit popular perhaps?

Thank you all. We are now considering
Roselyn/ Roselind (Ros)
Rose
Meg
May

For middle names we want Kathryn or Margaret, but I'm not sure if I love any of the combinations

Rose Kathryn is beautiful.😄

Fifthtimelucky · 05/08/2017 21:42

I'd have them the the other way round. Longer first name with short middle name e.g. Catherine Rose.

Yika · 06/08/2017 11:11

I see you already have a shortlist but wanted to suggest
Elin

Roselyn Margaret is nice.

Meg doesn't go with either middle name in my view.
