''I'm sorry, Suzanne'.
'Suzanne'
'Wake up little Susie'
'Oh, Susannah'

Just, no.
How about Violet? That's a nice name.

IsabelleSE19 · 27/07/2017 16:06

I like it! It's unusual now but everyone would know it, like the name I chose for my DD.

runningtogetskinny · 27/07/2017 16:13

It's lovely

Mrsknackered · 27/07/2017 16:14

1st thought crazy eyes from orange is the new black.

2nd is a my bitchy old re teacher.

Sorry. I quite like Susannah though!

spankhurst · 27/07/2017 16:14

I like it. The only Suzanne I've known was lovely.

crumble82 · 27/07/2017 16:16

Love it

helensburgh · 27/07/2017 16:16

Love it

EllaHen · 27/07/2017 16:18

Much better than Susan.

Great song by Leonard Cohen.

Nice enough nn - Suzi.

Cool to have a z in a name.

Sophronia · 27/07/2017 16:40

It's nice, but I prefer Susanna(h).

Allthebubbles · 27/07/2017 16:41

The only Suzanne I knew was a bit of a cow at school so I don't have positive associations.
On the other one of the loveliest people I know is a Susie.

DramaAlpaca · 27/07/2017 16:42

It's OK, but I much prefer Susannah.

Whenwillwe3meetagain · 27/07/2017 16:58

Feels dated

EllenJanethickerknickers · 27/07/2017 17:01

It's a bit 60s. French names were very in, Julie, Michelle, Clare, Joanne rather than the more granny chic, Julia, Clara, Joanna etc. Susannah is more classic.

SarahJonesS · 27/07/2017 17:03

I think Suzie/Susie is adorable. I briefly considered Susannah but I have an irrational fear of the name becoming Sue and I couldn't stand the idea of a child of mine called Sue (I swear nearly all my friends' mums are Sue)

Liadain · 27/07/2017 17:08

Great name. Very different to the usual Ella, Ava, Sophie etc. I do prefer Susannah though.

heateallthebuns · 27/07/2017 17:10

I think it's a bit 60s too. Like Debbie or Jackie.

Teacakequeen · 27/07/2017 17:12

I like it. I think I prefer Susannah though. I considered it for my daughter

PaintingOwls · 27/07/2017 17:13

I had a friend called Suzanne who went by Susie. Didn't think much of it, she was just my friend.

RiseToday · 27/07/2017 17:33

It's pretty dated - it's not a horrible name but just a bit meh really

HoratioNightboy · 27/07/2017 17:58

It's OK, but I prefer Susan, closely followed by Susannah.

I used to love Suzel, but not so keen now.

ConstanceCraving · 27/07/2017 18:04

Very dated but not enough to make a come back.
It's in the Michelle, Alison, Angela, Karen, Lisa camp.

UserThenLotsOfNumbers · 27/07/2017 18:18

Like it

early30smum · 27/07/2017 18:39

I don't like it at all, but love Susanna/Susannah/Suzannah

whattheheckisgoingon · 27/07/2017 18:52

It is totally dated. I love it!

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 27/07/2017 19:48

Very nice, though I prefer Susannah.
