Does Elodie & Indie sound too similar?

Trying to decide on baby no.2 name! We have a boys name picked from last time but I strongly suspect it's another girl!

Are Elodie & Indie too similar? Or spelling Indy? I don't really like shortening names so I tend to prefer shorter names!

Loads of names I like but DH very fussy and this is the only name he's actually liked.. a friend of a friend has children called Sofia & Lucia and I've heard people say that's too similar so I'm worried this could be?

Any help or suggestions welcome ☺️

I'm not too sure, that they go together very well OP.
It isn't that I dislike them though.

Who cares what other people think. If you like the names go for it. I have a friend with two boys whose names are very similar - start and end the same but different in the middle ifkwim - I have two girls with the same sound at the end of their names.

Am I right in thinking that you already have Elodie? If so, I would go for India or Indiana (which sound much less like Elodie) and then you can shorten to Indie. But dd2 will have options if she thinks Indie/Elodie sound too similar in the future.

India would be a much better choice than Indie.
