2 or 3, under 9

VanessaBet · 24/07/2017 20:10

One, mine. He's nine. Obviously I love it! We often shorten it to Zac

wellhonestly · 24/07/2017 20:16

Two in our small town's primary and secondary schools.

Aged 17 and 9. One is my DS.

Love a biblical name!

Unfortunately loads of people spell it wrong (Issac) but it's no big deal to us.

Jooni · 24/07/2017 20:19

Love it. I only know a couple of varying ages. It's pretty timeless to me and not overly popular.

Sophronia · 24/07/2017 20:20

I think it's ok. I don't know any.

DramaAlpaca · 24/07/2017 20:22

I know a few. I'm not at all keen on it, but I'm not at all sure why.

2tired2bewitty · 24/07/2017 20:27

I know 4 under 12, but I hang out in evangelical Christian circles so most of the small boys I know seem to be called Isaac, Reuben or Daniel 😄

Violetcharlotte · 24/07/2017 20:28

I really like it. I don't know any Isaacs.

insancerre · 24/07/2017 20:28

I know a few under 10
I do quite like it

mycatloveslego · 24/07/2017 20:31

There is 1 Isaac in my son's reception class. I think it's a lovely name. His brother is called Jacob.

FishWifeInAnotherLife · 24/07/2017 20:34

Isaac is a lovely name, although sadly I don't know any in real life.

IWantACheeseburger · 24/07/2017 20:38

I have one, he's 1. Lovely name!

Chocolatecake12 · 24/07/2017 20:40

My Isaac is 10
I don't know any others
I still absolutely love the name.

HotLadybird · 24/07/2017 20:40

Met a three month old Isaac yesterday. Very cute!

Finola1step · 24/07/2017 20:41

I know 3 Isaacs. All aged 8-9. All lovely kids. Great name.

holeinmypocket · 24/07/2017 20:41

Just 1, aged 5. Love the name

TroysMammy · 24/07/2017 20:41

It fine unless your surname is Hunt.

JimmysMum1988 · 24/07/2017 20:51

LOVE IT

TheSeaTheSkyTheSeaTheSkyyyyyy · 24/07/2017 21:00

I don't know any, but I only know about 7 babies so...

Anyway I love it. Would have used it for my DS but it sounds weird in my OH's foreign accent so it was vetoed :(

BewareOfTheToddler · 24/07/2017 21:06

I love it, though it wasn't my first choice originally. Ours is two. I knew one other (now about four) before DS was born, and I think we've met one since then, also a toddler, so not many. As a name, it always seems to get a positive reaction from people (although maybe they're just being polite Grin) - it's also a very recognisable name.

Womble75 · 24/07/2017 21:06

It was on my shortlist for DS but went for Reuben in the end. Love a biblical name. Not many of them around here.

Justgivemesomepeace · 24/07/2017 21:09

I love it

Sophronia · 24/07/2017 21:10

TroysMammy or if your surname is Cox Grin

Alcea · 24/07/2017 21:14

I don't know of any

creamcheeseandlox · 24/07/2017 21:17

Love biblical names. I wanted Isaac but dh didn't like it. We settled on Casper in the end which I adore and is one of the names of the three kings. Smile
