Baby girl names - help!!

Hi everyone

My husband and I are expecting our first baby due 28/11/17...

We're pretty much decided on a name for a boy which will be William James.

For a girl I really love the names Grace and Georgia...however I want to give Ruth as a middle name and I'm not sure if these names work with it? I like fairly traditional names.

2 syllable surname beginning with A.

Any other suggestions that I could throw into the mix? Maybe something will pop out that I haven't thought of.

Thank you :)

Grace Ruth is lovely. Georgia Ruth is a close second. Go with whichever you love more Smile

I absolutely love all your choices. Georgia Ruth flows a tiny bit better for me, but I love Grace.

I love the name Jennifer, so would suggest Jennifer Ruth.

bridgetreilly · 17/07/2017 23:59

Ruth sounds better with a longer first name, so Georgia Ruth is better than Grace Ruth.

Clementine Ruth
Alicia Ruth
Juliet Ruth
Winifred Ruth
Catherine Ruth
Penelope Ruth

Georgia Ruth is beautiful and flows lovely.

Georgia and Grace are two of my favourite girl's names.

Sorry, meant Georgia and Gracie are two of my favourite girl's names.

What about Gracie Ruth?

ERA1993 · 18/07/2017 08:54

Thanks everyone for your suggestions so far.
I do think Georgia Ruth works better but I just have so much love for the name Grace that I think I'd kick myself if I don't use it.

My mums maiden name was Gracey so it has a bit of a family tie aswell as just being a lovely name! Possibly using it with two middles? At least we've another 18 odd weeks to decide !!
