Hi all,
I was just wondering what your preference is between Jennifer (Jenny) and Cassandra (Cassie.)
Thank you!

Oh and would you have Maggie or Margaret as the middle name (it has to be one of those for personal reasons)

Jenny Margaret

Katmeifyoucan · 15/07/2017 12:15

Jennifer Margaret should say

MikeUniformMike · 15/07/2017 12:18

Jennifer Margaret.

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 15/07/2017 12:30

Cassandra Margaret. Although there's not many little Jennys around now

Iamchanging · 15/07/2017 13:38

Interesting that there aren't many little Jenny's. sounds like Margaret over Maggie is definitely the best option though

Cassia.

sodabreadjam · 15/07/2017 14:05

Definitely Jennifer with the option of nickname Jenny. Margaret as a middle name.

I know Jennies in their 30s and 40s. Lovely name that deserves a comeback.

I know too many dogs called Cassie.

Rainontheflowers · 15/07/2017 14:06

I prefer Cassie, but Jenny is nice too. Also, I understand that Margaret is for personal reasons - but everyone I know with that middle name doesn't like it.

Iamchanging · 15/07/2017 14:12

Margaret was my mums name and ironically she didn't like it either Rain 😂 But I still want to use it in remembrance

Haha! I do actually think it sounds nice as a middle name, I just don't know anyone with that name who likes it themselves.

I think Jenny is due a comeback.

Enidblyton1 · 15/07/2017 14:16

I love Cassandra (nickname Cassie). Jennifer is ok, but not as exciting. It's much less common these days, but to me it would always be less special than Cassandra.

Middle name I would do Margaret rather than Maggie - my DD has Margaret as a middle name after her great granny.

Enidblyton1 · 15/07/2017 14:17

Oh and I also love Cassia like pp

MadameJosephine · 15/07/2017 14:18

Jennifer (I am biased though as I have one)

DragonsandDungeons · 15/07/2017 14:19

I love Jennifer. It was really popular about 40 years ago but I don't know many baby Jennys.

Keepingupwiththejonesys · 15/07/2017 14:20

My eldest has maggie as her middle name after my godmother. Godmother was Margaret but nobody called her that so didn't seem right to use it, she was always auntie maggie to me. I prefer Jennifer/jenny . No offence meant but Im not a fan of Cassie at all, sounds like a pets name to me

Threeandabit · 15/07/2017 14:45

I love Jennifer.

Iamchanging · 15/07/2017 14:57

I think we are leaning towards Jennifer which seems to be the general consensus here as well

ConstanceCraving · 15/07/2017 15:01

Cassia is much nicer than Jenny. To me Jenny is in the same boat as Claire, Sarah and Rachel. Perfectly ok but a bit boring.

Sophronia · 15/07/2017 15:58

I love Jennifer and Jenny!

TurquoiseOwl · 15/07/2017 16:15

Jennifer Margaret

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 15/07/2017 18:36

Jennifer Margaret (Jenny).

Iamchanging · 15/07/2017 18:52

Thank you so much for your thoughts everyone!

Cassie is a pretty name.

mum2be2boys · 16/07/2017 10:30

Love Jennifer Margaret :-)
