I like it and I know one, but I also make the Sopranos connection (Not a problem for me), that said fewer people will think of or know the Sopranos by the time she's big

My cousin has just had a baby girl called Meadow, has taken to calling her Meddy as a nickname. I'm a bit indifferent to Meadow but really don't like Meddy...

To me it just sounds like a word, not a name. It's neither particularly pretty nor powerful-sounding, just a bit 'meh' to me.

Sorry, I meant to say it sounds like a noun, not a name. It's about as exciting as the word 'pylon'.

I have relatives in Nottingham and there is an area there called The Meadows which is nowhere near as pretty as it sounds. I wouldn't because of that
