Opinions on our vintage baby girls names please

I'm overdue, I'm hoping if we can finalise a name it might make baby want to come out (getting desperate here)
I would really appreciate people's views on the name choices below.
At risk of outing myself surname is in the username.

Am I a terrible parent to even consider giving this poor child the initials BJ?

Any other vintage type suggestions, or other mix up of names would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks

I like nell avaline as well. Don't give them the initials bj. It will be a source of bullying or at the least sniggers.

I like Avaline Nell the best. Esme Nell is lovely too.

Florence and Ava are both quite popular at the moment.

I like Nell but with a one-syllable surname it's quite… punchy

I'm overdue too (baby girl) only by a day though.
We have very similar name tastes as they all sound beautiful to me so I'm not going to be much help.

I really love Florence, dh wouldn't let me use it maybe next time and think Ava is a beautiful middle name to go with that.

Betsy is also gorgeous, I don't really think anything into initials.
We have picked Nelle Sofia for our daughter so so obviously I really love Nell and your middle names to go with it are very pretty.

BJ is out of the question. I know a child called Nell and even her parents call her smell.

Ruby and Esme work for me.

They are all lovely names apart from Betsy, which I find very twee.

I think I like Florence Ava best, followed by Ruby Agnes.

Esme is lovely and is nice for a child and an adult. I prefer Bette to Betsy personally, but whatever suits her! I can't see BJ ever not being snigger worthy

My daughter is called Nell and I think it's a wonderful name! Very unusual but suits her completely. She is a teenager and never gets teased about her name - but people are often curious about where it comes from.
Vintage names are wonderful.

Don't like Avaline. Reminds me too much of Aveline from 'Bread'. 'I wanna be a model'. However, I appreciate that that will be a pretty niche reference for anyone under the age of 40.

All the others are lovely except Agnes.

Esme Nell and Nell Avaline are equally beautiful!
