My favourites are Josephine, Elizabeth, Jennifer, Penelope and Hester. Sad I can never use them as I had 2 boys

At the moment I'm loving Seren and Serena.

Longtime favourite is Olivia but you always hear how overused it is (that's not been my experience but the figures suggest it is so).
