Yes, but not for reason you said. Noah Joseph sounds like Know a Joseph. Noah, for this reason, would be a no no for me. I'm just not a fan of Noah anyway but Joseph Noah sounds ok...

I agree that it is one of the issue with the name Noah. I too don't like the name Noah but Joseph Noah flows better.
