Congrats! I'm not a huge fan of the name Macy, but I don't think it's a bad name.

BuzzKillington · 22/06/2017 20:36

Horrid. Congrats btw

15daysold · 22/06/2017 20:37

Oh dear! Any reason why or just don't really like it?

Not keen, but I like Maisie.

15daysold · 22/06/2017 20:40

I'd think you were a tern mom OG fan!

SuperBeagle · 22/06/2017 20:42

I like Macy Smile

BubblesBuddy · 22/06/2017 20:49

It is too similar to the Department store in NY. It could also be a boy's name which may lead to constant confusion. What about Mercy or Araminta/Minty? No confusion then.

ColourfulOrangex · 22/06/2017 21:42

I like it but prefer it spelt Macie, congratulations OP

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 23/06/2017 09:48

😂 okay, you win, Maisy ! 😄

IHaveBrilloHair · 23/06/2017 09:50

Teen Mom here too but I don't think that many people watch it so probably won't make the connection

Sophronia · 23/06/2017 09:53

Maisy is nicer but still a bit too girly sound for a grown woman.

blahthisistoohard · 23/06/2017 10:07

I think Macy sounds a bit harsh though it's a nice name. Maisie would be my preference of the two but when I see it written down I always seem to get them muddled up (probably just me!).

Congrats!

Macy is okay. It's cutesy and sounds like a nickname. I could imagine a cool girl called Macy.

For me though I just think Macy Gray, or Mace spray, so I wouldn't use it because of those associations.
