I like Dylan bit with Daisy it sounds twee.

Henry is a winner though.

LeonoraFlorence · 17/06/2017 20:13

Henry. If DD5 had been a boy Henry was near the top of our list :)

SuperBeagle · 17/06/2017 20:33

Henry a million times over

It's nothing like Dylan or Hayden though (in a good way).

harderandharder2breathe · 17/06/2017 20:36

Henry

I don't like the matching Ay sound if you had DAYsy HAYden

I also think Dylan and Daisy sound like cousins of Topsy and Tim, even though they're both nice names individually I wouldn't have them for siblings

Misspilly88 · 17/06/2017 20:38

Henry for sure!

EspressoPatronum · 17/06/2017 21:18

Henry!

I like Hayden but Henry sounds better with Daisy...

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 17/06/2017 21:27

Dylan.

ShinyGirl · 17/06/2017 21:28

Hayden isn't nice.

Either of the others

FurryDogMother · 17/06/2017 21:29

Has to be Henry!

Firewall · 17/06/2017 21:30

Definitely Henry

GinIsIn · 18/06/2017 06:17

I don't like Hayden because I know one and he's a twat. The mumsnet collective opinion of names like Hayden/Jayden/Kaiden/Aiden tends to be bad - you can search other threads as it comes up a lot.

StinkPickle · 18/06/2017 06:21

i don't like Hayden or Dylan so has to be Henry. Thats a lovely name. Easy choice.

Alexthekid · 18/06/2017 06:30

I vote Henry too! For the same reasons as already mentioned, plus it's a gorgeous name and I love it!

Looks pretty unanimous!

Henry's a great name. A bit on the fence about Dylan - great if you're Welsh but if not I'm not sure. I like the sound, just know some difficult Dylans.

PuckeredAhole · 18/06/2017 06:48

I like siblings with the same initials!!

daniellelewis · 18/06/2017 08:31

I like Hayden the most. Mumsnet would always go for Henry, James, William, Joseph, etc. so not really a fair sample.

daniellelewis · 18/06/2017 08:32

@cluelessinstyle stop being such a snob. Not everyone wants a Thomas.

SoupDragon · 18/06/2017 08:43

names like Hayden/Jayden/Kaiden/Aiden

Two of those are "proper" names and two are made up.

daniellelewis · 18/06/2017 08:44

@SoupDragon 3 are proper names... Jadon is biblical and Jayden is just an alternative spelling, just like Hayden and Aiden.

SoupDragon · 18/06/2017 10:07

A made up spelling. Yes, like Aiden (which annoys me immensely as it happens)

SoupDragon · 18/06/2017 10:08

I do suspect that the biblical name Jadon is coincidence though.

SoupDragon · 18/06/2017 10:08

often coincidence

Birdsgottaf1y · 18/06/2017 11:39

""Hayden/Jayden/Kaiden/Aiden""

What one do you think is made up? Confused

""I do suspect that the biblical name Jadon is coincidence though.""

From an African American pov, the slaves were made to take on Christianity and would know the Bible well. They quite understandably changed spellings and now it is a valid name, as is Catherine, which isn't the original English spelling and many other names that have been changed and used globally.

Another vote for Henry.

RoseVase2010 · 18/06/2017 11:44

Henry. Not keen on the other two, Dylan and Daisy sound like good names for a pair of donkeys!

Daisy and Henry sound lovely.
