Evelina?

Just floating this one out here, as it's on our shortlist. I like it together with our (plain, monosyllabic) surname. It would get shortened, I guess, and Evie is getting a bit overused. I like Eve for short, maybe.

It's a beautiful name but for me I'd think instantly of the London Children's Hospital

Ridingthegravytrain · 15/06/2017 17:46

Children's hospital here too

BendydickCuminsnatch · 15/06/2017 17:48

Do you watch SJ Strum on YouTube by any chance Grin Very pretty name and I've never heard of the hospital (thankfully, by the sounds of it!)

I know an adult Evelina (who's from Eastern Europe). She's lovely

Nonameyet1 · 15/06/2017 21:10

Not keen either! Sorry.

I think of the hospital but that's not a terrible association and I like the name.
I read of someone who called their daughter Evelina as the hospital helped their family.

Chloris33 · 15/06/2017 22:14

Oh yes, I have heard about the hospital, though had forgotten about it. Nope don't know SJ Strum!

It's nice but be prepared for her to end up as another Evie (which is still nice)

whatthehell33 · 15/06/2017 22:30

Gorgeous, but inevitably will end up as yet another Evie. Which I love too, but it's very popular.

Ojoj1974 · 15/06/2017 23:28

Buntysoven · 16/06/2017 01:54
