Liliana is lovely - as is Lilia, which you might also like. I also like Lilian. Less keen on Lily-Anna personally.

I like Liliana, also Luciana.

We were going to go for Lilliana if it was going to be a girl.

I know an absolutely lovely Lilia, my second choice would be Lilian.

Liliana is usually pronounced lily-arna IME - very pretty but a slightly different sound to the others.

Lilian is by far the nicest of your options imho.

There is also the name Liana, there's a Liana on BBC Essex.

I would pronounce Liliana as Lili - arna (although not once I had been told it was wrong of course!).

Lillia/Lilja is a diminutive of Liliana in various European countries.

Lilian for sure, I called my DD this (with 2 ls though) and have not met another one.

Not if your heritage is eastern European, which is the case for every Liliana I've known.

Lila is also pretty.
